The starting price for the 2024 Infiniti QX80 stands at $76,045, marking a modest increase as the new model year begins. Set to make its way to dealership showrooms in the near future, the 2024 QX80’s base cost encompasses the $1,895 destination charge. This reflects a $1,650 uptick from the previous 2023 model year, which had undergone a $2,400 price surge compared to the preceding year. This price adjustment encompasses a $1,450 elevation in the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP), coupled with a $200 rise in the destination charge.

The 2024 QX80 model line includes the entry-level Luxe, the intermediate Premium Select, and the top-tier Sensory trim options. The Premium Select and Sensory trims command prices of $80,680 and $87,730, respectively.

A noteworthy alteration for the 2024 model year is the introduction of the Dark Chrome Appearance Package, exclusively available for the QX80 Sensory trim. This package features enhancements such as a darkened chrome grille surround, as well as front and rear fascia trim, in addition to fender vents, complemented by mirror caps finished in black.

Notably, the sole powertrain offering remains unchanged for the 2024 QX80, consisting of a 5.6-liter V-8 engine generating 400 horsepower and 413 lb-ft of torque. This robust engine is mated to a 7-speed automatic transmission, enabling a maximum towing capacity of up to 8,500 pounds. Rear-wheel drive is the standard configuration for all variants, while four-wheel drive can be added as an option. Opting for four-wheel drive involves an additional cost of $3,150 for the QX80 Luxe and $3,100 for the other two trim levels.

Manufactured exclusively at a facility in Kyushu, Japan, the production of the QX80 is overseen by Infiniti. This luxury SUV is closely related to the Nissan Armada, known globally as the Nissan Patrol.

Having originally debuted as the QX56, the present-generation QX80 has been available for purchase since the 2011 model year, undergoing periodic updates over time. A glimpse of the next-generation iteration was provided through the QX Monograph concept, which was unveiled during the 2023 Monterey Car Week. Although Infiniti has not provided a specific timeline for the release of the redesigned QX80, it appears likely that it will be introduced either later this year or early in the following year.
