2024 Polaris Slingshot

Since its debut in 2015, the Polaris Slingshot has established itself as a leading three-wheeler in the market. The 2024 model year brings modest updates to this popular vehicle, following significant enhancements in recent years.

Significant changes were made to the Slingshot in 2020, including the addition of an automated-manual transmission as an alternative to the traditional manual transmission. The 2021 model saw the introduction of paddle shifters for the automated-manual variant, and 2022 brought new roofing options.

Polaris announced on Tuesday that the 2024 Slingshot will feature several updates. These include a new wheel design for the SL variant, a range of new paint colors and graphic designs, an upgraded optional audio system, and the reintroduction of the premium Roush Edition. The lineup comprises various models, including the base S, SL, SLR, R, and the Roush Edition.

The color palette for 2024 includes Radar Blue Fade, Gold Rush, and Purple Lightning. The SL and SLR models will also offer new graphic packages. The Roush Edition distinguishes itself with unique graphics and specialized interior styling.

The 2024 Polaris Slingshot introduces the Stage 2 Audio Package. This enhancement increases the audio power from 100 to 200 watts and incorporates Rockford Fosgate speakers in the cockpit’s side panels. The package, standard on the SL and above models and optional for the base S, also improves the dashboard tweeters for enhanced sound reflection.

Powering the Slingshot is a consistent 2.0-liter inline-4 engine. In the S and SL models, it delivers 178 hp and 120 lb-ft of torque. In the SLR, R, and Roush Edition models, it produces 203 hp and 144 lb-ft of torque. The R and Roush Edition models come standard with a Brembo brake package, including larger rotors and 4-piston calipers, with slotted rotors exclusive to the Roush Edition.

The base S model is priced at $21,999, with a technology package increasing the price to $24,849. The SL is priced at $28,149, the SLR at $31,149, and the R model at $34,799. The premium Roush Edition is priced starting at $38,149, excluding destination charges. The automated-manual transmission option costs $1,850 for the S, SL, and SLR, and $2,150 for the R and Roush Edition.

Customers can expect deliveries to commence in early 2024.
