The long wait for the successor of Lamborghini Aventador is almost over! On Wednesday, it was announced that this new car – code-named LB744 – will be all revealed on March 29, at 1 pm ET. Through a series of teasers, we now know that this car has an incredibly powerful engine with 1,000 horsepower and it runs on both electrical and gas power.
Lamborghini designed the LB744 sports car with thirteen different driving modes, including an electric all-wheel drive and a Recharge mode that helps maintain power in the 3.8-kwh battery. The vehicle’s chassis is made of a carbon-fiber tub, plus a front frame and crash structure also made out of carbon-fiber material, which makes it 10% lighter and 25% more stable than an Aventador.
Recently, some cars that look like the LB744 were seen driving on regular roads. The design of these cars was inspired by a 2017 concept car called the Terzo Millennia. A few drawings about this car (accidentally released) gave us a sneak peek of how it looks: big and detailed.
